blogger update: i have a confession. 

i've been feeling pretty glum. it wasn't until i posted this blog and went thru some of the others, did my energy, even, pick up a bit. 

it seems this theme was pretty ideal in giving me a "fresh" new perspective in dealing with same recent familiar emotional setbacks. 

for that, i am grateful. for that, i am reminded, that each day, each moment, is a novel one for us to start fresh and just...begin...anew.

i like her hair cut. 60's mod'ish. when the seasons are cool and i am straight-haired, this is the era i wear.

rotten oranges.

i can hear the voice of my mother, from my childhood, in my head:
"children are starving in other parts of the world. don't be wasteful"

we (mostly toots) ate more than half of our gigantic batch of oranges before they spoiled.
(even i cannot stop the evolutionary process of natural deterioration)

thus, i decided to make use of them one last time before i trashed them.
